The Japanese Journal of Legal Medicine, the official journal of Japanese Society of Legal Medicine, publishes articles (original articles, short communications, reviews, technical notes, case reports), notes, proceedings of the Society and news relevant to the field of forensic medicine and sciences. Manuscripts should consist of work which has not been published or is not under consideration for publication elsewhere. Manuscripts may be submitted in Japanese (English manuscripts be submitted to Legal Medicine).
